Our purpose is to deliver an education which promotes learning for life and provides all students with the skills and confidence to meet the demands and challenges of the 21st Century. Quality learning experiences are at the core of everything that happens at Lea Manor.

Three key values are shared by all staff and students:

Ready : Equipped and ready for all learning experiences

Respectful : To all members of our school and wider community

Safe : Look after each other and keep all members of the school safe.

The monsters are gradually appearing around school.

Students receive instant reward cards for good work, effort or teamwork, and postcards are sent home to commend effort, achievement and general superstar qualities!

Students benefit from further support from their form tutor, and a year group team. The PSHCE work, delivered in assemblies and form time, ensures that students thrive in the community and in wider society.
